At wellsweet.co.uk we have established excellent working relationships with our delivery partners. We value service and reliability above cost, saying that we dispatch all orders over £50* FREE – so we pick up the tab for you!
WHAT DOES IT COST?
Delivery for orders under £50.00 are from £1.95
Spend over £50 and we offer FREE delivery to any mainland UK address!*
If you need your order delivered to multiple addresses, Ireland (North or South) or any part of Europe, please contact us for a quote.
*Unfortunately some areas such as the Scottish highlands are not included, please enquire. Furniture items where you require the deliver and assemble option are not included in the free delivery offer.
SO HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We know just how important is it that your order is delivered on time and in tact, that's why dispatch all orders using Royal Mail 1st Class service or 1st Class Recorded Signed For. This means that your order should arrive the next working day after it leaves our warehouse, Monday to Friday.
If you require a Saturday delivery this can be arranged for an additional cost, please contact us for a quote.
We reuse boxes and packaging materials when we can to do our bit to save the planet!
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M OUT WHEN YOU DELIVER?
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt (unless stated). If there is no one available to sign for your delivery a 'Calling Card' stating the date and time they called along with details of how to arrange a second and final delivery attempt. You can also contact and arrange to collect the parcel(s) from the collection depot local to you.
MY ORDER IS DAMAGED,WHAT DO I DO?
Here at wellsweet.co.uk we do everything possible to reduce the arrival of damaged goods, but from time to time damage occurs. In the first instance you must contact us by Helpdesk Ticket detailing the damage, please take a digital picture of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose of the item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping). Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will replace the damaged goods as soon as possible.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the goods ordered, the item(s)may be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. Should you wish to return any items please log into your account and select RMA Request and when submitted to us we we issue a RMA number.Please include this number in with your parcel. Any cost of returning any item(s) are to be met by you (buyer) unless the item(s) are faulty.
WHEN THINGS GO WRONG!
No matter how good a company we are, or how hard we try - sometimes things go wrong! If you do have a problem with your order or delivery, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can put a smile back on your face!
